As a Buyers Agent, you will partner closely with clients to provide knowledgeable guidance, tailored support, and expert assistance throughout every stage of the home-buying process. Responsibilities
- Assist clients in identifying and purchasing residential properties that meet their needs and budget
- Conduct thorough market research and provide clients with up-to-date information on available properties
- Schedule and conduct property showings, highlighting key features and benefits to potential buyers
- Negotiate purchase offers and counteroffers on behalf of clients to secure favorable terms
- Coordinate with mortgage brokers, home inspectors, and other professionals to facilitate smooth transactions
- Maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up
- Stay informed about local real estate market trends, zoning laws, and financing options to provide expert advice
Qualifications
- Valid real estate license in the state of Florida
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Buyers Agent or in a similar real estate role
- Strong knowledge of the Miami real estate market and local neighborhoods
- Proven ability to negotiate and close real estate transactions effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with real estate CRM software and MLS systems
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Customer-focused with a commitment to providing exceptional service
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
- Familiarity with real estate contracts, financing options, and closing processes
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
