Key Responsibilities

Lead Clients Through the Buying Process

• Manage and guide buyers through every stage of a real estate transaction
• Understand their priorities, financial considerations, timing, and homeownership objectives
• Educate clients about market conditions, contracts, procedures, and key deadlines
• Keep buyers informed, prepared, and confident from the first meeting through closing

Create an Exceptional Client Experience

• Deliver personalized service that encourages repeat business and referrals
• Communicate consistently and proactively with clients, lenders, cooperating agents, and other transaction professionals
• Represent buyers with integrity, professionalism, care, and strong attention to detail

Advocate for Buyers Through Offer Strategy and Negotiation

• Develop competitive offers that reflect each client’s needs and goals
• Negotiate price, terms, and conditions on behalf of the buyer
• Manage inspections, contingencies, deadlines, and closing-related requirements

Develop Relationships and Expand Your Business

Responsibilities

• Execute PLACE lead generation systems weekly  
• Conduct two open houses monthly 
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings, and Partner Call
• Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of your buyers
• Track activities and clients with PLACE Technology

Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.
