C2507 – Operations ManagerExempt/Non-Exempt: Exempt Employment Type: Full TimeDescription: The Operations Manager is part of the leadership team at a manufacturing facility, responsible and accountable for the Production Department at the Bama Companies, Inc., in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This position drives production strategy, focus, and alignment supporting Bama's Key Strategic Intentions. The Operations Manager is a change agent, reporting to the Plant Manager. The position is responsible and accountable for leadership of Production Supervisors, Operations Coordinators and Production Team Members. They understand the Bama Manufacturing Systems and champion Quality/Safety/Continuous Improvement/Smart Fun Financial Growth to employees, customers and the rest of the Management Team. They oversee the application of policies and rules within the Department.
