C2508 – Process Improvement Manager Exempt/Non-Exempt: Exempt Employment Type: Full TimeDescription:Process Improvement Business Execution Manager The Process Improvement Business Execution Manager is accountable for leading and driving process improvements projects using the PDSA methodology, as well as collaborating with all Tulsa plants to share learning's and best practices. This position drives and executes strategy, focus and alignment around key improvement initiatives. The Process Improvement Manager plays a critical role in engaging all Bama team members in process improvement projects. This will be accomplished through developing relationships, teaching process improvement skills and tools, leading and facilitating teams, and celebrating successes. This position demonstrates characteristics that include the mindset of ownership and accountability, knowledge of production processes, an intrinsic drive/need to help develop people, and deep knowledge of continuous process improvement tools and methodologies as learned through the Six Sigma process.
