Description:
We are seeking a passionate and adaptable Travel Physical Therapist for a large, dynamic skilled nursing facility.
The PT will evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, and overall functional independence.
The role involves evaluating and treating SNF patients.
Collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team is essential.
Documentation must be completed in accordance with facility standards.
