Cabinet Assembler – Warehouse

Location: Edison, NJ
Pay: $22.00–$24.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00am-5:00pm

Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Cabinet Assembler to join our warehouse team in Edison, NJ. In this role, you will assemble kitchen and bathroom cabinets according to company specifications, inspect finished products for quality, and prepare completed cabinets for delivery or installation. The ideal candidate has experience using hand and power tools, can read assembly instructions, and takes pride in producing high-quality work.

Responsibilities

• Assemble kitchen and bathroom cabinets according to specifications and blueprints.
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Inspect finished cabinets to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Install hardware, hinges, drawer slides, shelves, and other cabinet components.
• Organize and prepare completed cabinets for shipping or customer pickup.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Report damaged materials or quality concerns to the supervisor.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials within the warehouse as needed.
• Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse policies.

Qualifications

• Previous cabinet assembly, woodworking, carpentry, or furniture assembly experience preferred.
• Ability to use hand tools, power drills, saws, and measuring tools.
• Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions or blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic.
• Forklift experience is a plus but not required.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs.
• Stand, bend, kneel, and reach throughout the workday.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to perform repetitive assembly tasks while maintaining quality standards.
