    At Village Handcrafted Cabinetry, craftsmanship matters. For more than 30 years, our shop has produced high-end custom cabinetry by combining skilled hands, clear drawings, and a team-first mindset. This is not mass production. Every project is different, and every cabinet reflects the pride of the people who built it.
    We are looking for a Cabinet Maker to join our production team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, understands cabinetry construction, and takes pride in building things the right way. If you are detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working from shop drawings in a fast-paced environment, this role offers steady work and long-term opportunity.

    What You’ll Do
    • Build high-end custom cabinetry from architectural and shop drawings
    • Read, interpret, and accurately follow drawings and specifications
    • Use carpentry hand tools and shop machinery safely and effectively
    • Complete assigned jobs on schedule while maintaining quality standards
    • Work collaboratively with other shop team members
    • Manage time effectively to meet production deadlines
    • Maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced shop environment
    • Support additional tasks as directed by the Supervisor

    What You Bring
    • Hands-on experience in cabinetry or woodworking
    • Knowledge of cabinetry construction and shop fabrication processes
    • Ability to use and maintain carpentry hand tools
    • Experience working with cabinetry shop equipment
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
    • Strong work ethic and reliability
    • Team-oriented mindset and willingness to help where needed

    Qualifications
    • High school diploma or GED required
    • Ability to perform essential job duties with or without reasonable accommodation

    Physical Requirements
    • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds independently and 75 pounds or more with team lift, multiple times per day
    • Ability to stand for long periods of time
    • Ability to work in a loud shop environment
    • Must be fit for duty and able to problem solve, stay organized, and make sound decisions

    Schedule and Location
    • Full-time, on-site position
    • Based in Lansdale, PA
