We’re currently seeking an enthusiastic and motived General shop Assistant to join our growing team. You may be the ideal candidate if your skills match the following criteria:

• Follow standard quality and safety standards
• Maintain shop equipment according to an established schedule
• Honest and reliable
• Team oriented
• Quality conscious
• Excellent problem-solving skills, able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with woodworking equipment (a plus but not required)
• Experience with hand tools (preferred)

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools
• Understand company product lines, machinery, and production standards
• Manage and coordinate inventory for production use
• Sweep/Clean up shop
• Basic machine and shop maintenance
