Cable Assembler

Immediate need for a 1st shift 7am-3pm Assembler. 
What You'll Do:

• Assemble complex cable products used in high-performance applications.
• Follow detailed work instructions, blueprints, and wiring diagrams to ensure accurate builds.
• Prepare and route wires, strip insulation, and complete assemblies with care and precision.
• Perform visual inspections to identify and correct defects in line with quality standards.
• Operate manufacturing tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Help improve processes by sharing feedback and supporting continuous improvement efforts.
• Properly handle materials, including any hazardous waste generated in your work area.

What You Bring:

• Ability to read and interpret technical documents such as blueprints, wiring schematics, and work instructions.
• Comfort working with small parts and performing repetitive, detail-oriented tasks.
• Steady hand and strong attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and commitment to producing quality work.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Education & Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• No prior experience required — we'll train the right candidate!
