Cabling / Low Voltage Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced Low Voltage Superintendent / Project Manager to lead structured cabling and low-voltage infrastructure projects, preferably in hyperscale data center environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage teams of 20+ low-voltage and structured cabling technicians.

• Oversee hiring, staffing, performance management, and termination of contract workers.

• Manage project scheduling, workforce allocation, timelines, and daily progress.

• Oversee fiber-optic and copper cabling installation, testing, and infrastructure deployment.

• Manage construction and post-construction activities, including QA/QC, safety, commissioning, and project closeout.

• Maintain customer relationships and resolve escalated project issues.

• Interpret blueprints, scopes of work, bills of materials, and project schedules.

• Conduct technical training for technicians and field leads.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and project documentation.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing low-voltage or structured cabling technicians.

• Strong knowledge of fiber-optic and copper infrastructure.

• Experience managing large field teams, including hiring and terminating contract personnel.

• Strong project management, scheduling, staffing, and leadership skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Valid driver's license.

• Willingness to travel nationwide 100%.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Hyperscale data center project experience.

• Previous experience supporting Meta or Microsoft data center projects.

• Experience across both construction and post-construction phases.

• RCDD or BICSI DCDC certification.
