Overview:
Ideally want to see candidates over today/ASAP

• On-site in Centennial, CO; must be able to commute to the Denver metro area.
• Very urgent: Need someone to start ASAP
• Prescreen:Get interview availability upfront so we can move quickly if submitted.
• Biggest focus is CAD experience with warehouse, racking, or material storage experience
• Looking for someone with strong social skills/communicates very well as they’ll be communicating to engineering teams and sales teams
• Automation/scripting experience is a plus.

Skills:
Minimum Qualifications 

• ~4+ years Hands-on CAD Design experience
• Strong proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and Technical Drawing for industrial or warehouse applications. We work out of AutoCAD and prefer expertise here.
• Experience creating Construction Drawings and layout plans for pallet racking, shelving, or warehouse storage systems.
• Background in Design Engineering or a related field, with the ability to translate requirements into practical, buildable solutions.
• Attention to detail, accuracy in measurements, and familiarity with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Ability to work on-site in Denver, CO, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications 

• Relevant experience in material handling, warehousing, industrial design, or general construction is highly beneficial
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in engineering, drafting, industrial design, or a related discipline preferred.

Screening Questions:

1. How many years of hands-on AutoCAD experience do you have, and how frequently do you use it?
2. Have you designed warehouse layouts, pallet racking systems, or material handling solutions? If so, can you describe the types of projects you’ve worked on?
3. Have you created 2D floor plans, rack elevations, bay configurations, or installation/construction drawings?
4. Have you worked from existing building plans or site measurements to create accurate warehouse layouts?
5. Have you coordinated drawings with sales teams, project managers, customers, or structural engineers?
