CADC Lead Technician

BTI is currently searching for a CADC Lead Technicianto fulfill the roles and responsibilities below:   The CADC Lead Technician provides advanced end-user and help desk support to geographically dispersed users. This individual serves as the senior technical lead for workstation support activities, troubleshooting complex hardware, software, and connectivity issues. The Lead Technician oversees incident resolution, customer service activities, user account administration, technology deployments, and end-user training while mentoring junior support personnel. 

Required Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
• CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certification preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of enterprise help desk experience.
• Experience leading technical support teams.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Experience supporting Windows operating systems, endpoint devices, and enterprise applications.
