Welcome to Sleek Creperie & Caf , an exciting new sweet-forward destination opening soon in Plano, TX! We specialize in delightful treats, including artisan crepes, waffles, gourmet candy, specialty sweets, and matcha. We are looking for an energetic, experienced, and passionate Caf Manager to help us launch successfully, build a top-notch team, and deliver unforgettable experiences to our guests.

As the Caf Manager, you will be the heart of daily operations. You will oversee front- and back-of-house workflow, lead and mentor staff, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain our high standards of quality and cleanliness. If you have a background in hospitality management, a love for specialty cafes, and a talent for leadership, we want to hear from you!

• Daily Operations: Manage day-to-day caf operations, opening/closing procedures, inventory tracking, and ordering supplies.
  

• Team Leadership: Hire, train, schedule, and mentor a talented team of baristas and food service staff.
  

• Customer Experience: Greet guests warmly, handle feedback gracefully, and foster a welcoming, vibrant atmosphere.
  

• Quality Control: Ensure all food and beverages (crepes, waffles, matcha, etc.) are prepared consistently and meet food safety standards.
  

• Promotions & Growth: Collaborate with ownership to drive local traffic, manage community engagement, and execute special events or menu rollouts.
  

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of management or supervisory experience in a caf , restaurant, bakery, or hospitality setting.
  

• Passion for Hospitality: A genuine love for specialty food, sweets, and creating great customer experiences.
  

• Leadership Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  

• Flexibility: Availability to work flexible hours, including mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed for a new business launch.
  

• Food Safety: Current Food Manager certification (or willingness to obtain upon hiring).
