Prep Cook – Nu3s Market Café, Queens

Nu3s Market Café is opening soon in Queens, and we’re looking to hire a part‑time Prep Cook to join our team. If you’ve worked in a café, quick‑service, or fast‑casual kitchen, and are comfortable in a fast, steady environment, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

• Prep ingredients and cook menu items following our recipe cards

• Support the line during service and help across different stations

• Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and up to food‑safety standards

• Assist with inventory, deliveries, and general kitchen setup

• Jump in with dishwashing and back‑of‑house tasks when needed

• Work with a small team that communicates well and stays focused during busy periods

What We’re Looking For

• Experience preferred in a QSR, café, fast‑casual, or high‑volume kitchen

• Solid prep and basic cooking skills

• Ability to follow recipes, stay organized, and multitask

• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment

• ServSafe certification is a plus
