CAGE CASHIER

A cage cashier assists guests and Team Members with various cash transactions, while maintaining appropriate accountabilities for all transactions. Delivers customer service while performing transactions.

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Ability to be obtain and maintain Gaming License.
• High School Diploma/GED preferred
• Must be able to perform functions on a 10-key calculator and pass test.
• Must be able to obtain & maintain an active Illinois Gaming License.
• Ability to be physically mobile, and stand/walk for 8 to 12-hour shifts.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Must be able to work in areas containing dust, varying noise and temperature levels, lighting, vibrations, crowds and air quality.
• Must always present a professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Always display a high level of confidentiality and integrity.
• Capacity to work well with others and handle stressful situations with ease.
• Possess effective learning skills.
• Ascend and descend stairs and maintain equilibrium for an extended period.

Salary Range: $17.00 - $18.50 per hour (Depending on experience)

• Acquire and maintain strong knowledge of the Federal Cash Reporting Requirements required under Title 31.

• Transact exchanges.

• Process Table Fills and Table Credits to Table Games.

• Process Jackpots and Hopper Fills to Electronic Gaming Devices.

• Verify Cash turn-ins from operating departments.

• Verify various types of Cash pay-outs.

• Verify cashier's banks.

• Prepare daily bank deposits on revenue, as needed.

• Perform other tasks as assigned.

• Acquire and maintain strong knowledge of the Federal Cash Reporting Requirements required under Title 31.
