Internal Posting Dates: September 11, 2026-September 16, 2026 Meadowbrook Terrace - LPN Part Time-Night Shift 6:30p-6:30a-Req 9758 Pay Range $26.48-$31.83+ Sign on bonus eligible Plans and implements the medication management and coordinates nursing care of residents within the assisted living setting with the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Responsible for ensuring continuity of care of the residents between shifts by providing direct care as well as supervising the care given by PCA/HHAs and supportive staff members. Participates in resident and family teaching. Maintains role as resident advocate with a focus on the facilitys mission. Please see our requirements below. Qualifications: Current New York State Licensed Professional Nurse. Current BCLS Certification. Requirements: Must be able to work weekends and holidays (Rotating) Must be able to work 12-hour shifts The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. It may be modified in the future. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
