We differentiate through value creation - delivering world-class, AI-powered customer experiences that accelerate adoption, strengthen loyalty, and create sustainable competitive advantage, driving growth that outpaces the market.
The Commercial Solution Area (CSA) and Cloud and AI Platforms (CAIP) Solution Area are pivotal in driving innovation and delivering comprehensive solutions to our customers. The CAIP Sales Strategy, Planning & Excellence teams mission is to drive world-class operational excellence through strategic planning, operational rigor, and actionable insights, enabling the Field, GTM, and GBB organizations to shape strategy, simplify execution, and accelerate business growth.
As a Senior Business Program Manager for CAIP Business Insights, you will own the operating rhythm and the sales operations engine that keep the Cloud & AI Platforms business informed, aligned, and accountable. You will design and run the Monthly Business Review (MBR), leadership huddles, and the feedback and user acceptance testing (UAT) loops that connect the field back to the teams building our tools and processes, and you will turn performance and segment data into the insights leaders act on. This opportunity will allow you to build deep business acumen across Cloud and AI Platforms go-to-market motions, develop executive-level communication and orchestration skills, and shape how a global organization measures and improves its own execution.
You will report to the Business Operations, Planning and Cross CAIP Strategy Leader and partner daily with CAIP segment and GTM leaders, Sales Excellence, Finance, Business & Sales Operations, Marketing, and Engineering. Key to the role is your ability to simplify complexity, hold a high bar on data quality, and influence without authority across a broad stakeholder set.
