Responsibilities: 

• Design and decorate custom cakes, cupcakes, and baked goods for a variety of occasions
• Apply frosting, fondant, buttercream, and other decorative elements with precision and artistry
• Collaborate with customers to understand design requests and bring their vision to life
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace in compliance with food safety standards
• Manage multiple cake orders simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Assist with inventory management of decorating supplies and ingredients
• Stay current with cake decorating trends, techniques, and seasonal designs

Requirements:
 

• Prior experience in cake decorating, pastry arts, or a related baking role
• Proficiency in fondant work, piping, and buttercream techniques
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for design and aesthetics
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced bakery environment
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards (ServSafe certification a plus)
• Strong communication skills for interpreting and fulfilling custom orders
• Reliable, punctual, and a collaborative team player
