Our Client, a Global Provider of Electronic Design and Test Solution company, is looking for a Calibration Service Technician for their Roseville, CA location.
Responsibilities:
Perform calibrations and required adjustments on Test Measurement and Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE), with a primary focus on multimeters and power sensors.
Follow approved calibration procedures, service notes, and production processes to ensure accuracy, repeatability, and compliance.
Complete customer calibration assignments that are clearly defined and may be repetitive in nature.
Identify calibration-related issues of limited scope and escalate out of scope conditions to experienced technicians or engineering support.
Support service center delivery goals through consistent output, quality workmanship, and schedule adherence.
Maintain strict compliance with ESD protocols, connector care standards, and equipment handling requirements.
Ensure high workmanship standards to minimize rework, audit findings, and customer impact.
Communicate effectively with internal teams and, when needed, external customers regarding calibration status or findings.
Use time and company resources responsibly, multitask effectively, and maximize utilization of existing assets.
Requirements:
Experience calibrating electronic test equipment, specifically multimeters and power sensors, is preferred.
3+ years of related calibration experience in a production or service environment is preferred.
Demonstrated understanding of electrical measurement fundamentals.
Strong adherence to ESD, connector care, and calibration best practices.
Good organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in a high throughput setting.
Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to escalate issues through appropriate channels when necessary.
Ability to build and maintain professional working relationships across teams.
Commitment to high workmanship standards, integrity, and professional business ethics.
This position requires some education, specialized training or certification, or applicable military technical experience.
