About the Role
We are seeking a motivated, confident, and customer-focused Call Center Agent to assist customers over the phone, answer questions, and provide information about products and services. No previous experience is required. Training and ongoing coaching will be provided to help you succeed.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls in a professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotional offers.
- Listen to customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Explain product features, benefits, and available options.
- Identify opportunities to introduce relevant products and services.
- Address routine customer concerns and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up activities.
- Follow established call-handling procedures and customer service standards.
- Work toward individual and team performance objectives.
- Participate in training and coaching sessions to strengthen communication skills.
