Position Summary

The Call Center Agent will handle customer calls, answer questions, and assist with routine service needs. The ideal candidate is comfortable communicating by phone, remains composed under pressure, and enjoys helping customers find answers.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls promptly and professionally
• Provide information about products, services, and promotions
• Identify customer needs through active listening
• Assist with routine questions and service requests
• Document customer interactions accurately
• Conduct follow-up calls when appropriate
• Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate team member
• Follow established customer service procedures and expectations

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Clear and professional telephone communication
• Strong listening and problem-solving skills
• Patient, organized, and dependable
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced call environment
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members
• Previous call center or customer service experience is preferred
