About the Position
Rapid Remodel is looking for a motivated, dependable, and outgoing Call Center Representative to join our growing team in Phoenix, AZ!
This is a hybrid position, with designated days working in our Phoenix office and other days working remotely.
The majority of this role involves making outbound phone calls, following up with leads, entering customer information into our CRM, and scheduling sales appointments for our remodeling team.
We are looking for someone who is comfortable spending most of their workday on the phone, communicates professionally, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospective customers and existing leads.
- Follow up with leads and schedule sales appointments.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries.
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate customer information in our CRM system.
- Document calls, follow-ups, and appointment details.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure appointments are scheduled and confirmed.
- Meet daily and weekly call volume and appointment-setting goals.
- Maintain a professional, friendly, and customer-focused attitude.
Qualifications
- Previous call center, customer service, telemarketing, or appointment-setting experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and phone etiquette.
- Comfortable making calls throughout the majority of the workday.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn CRM software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while remote and collaboratively in the office.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote workdays.
- Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated.
- Sales or lead-generation experience is a plus.
- Must be available to work Saturdays. Saturday availability is a requirement for this position.
Work Environment & Schedule
- Based in Phoenix, Arizona.
- Hybrid schedule with designated in-office and remote workdays.
- Saturdays are required.
- Must be able to commute to the Phoenix office on scheduled days.
- Work schedule and compensation will be discussed during the interview process.
