Location: White Bear Lake, MN (100% Onsite)

Pay: $20/hour base + monthly performance incentives (average total earnings of $22-$23/hour)

About the Opportunity

Our client is a well-established organization in the automotive industry that has been serving the Twin Cities community for decades. They are known for their employee-focused culture, commitment to customer service, and strong opportunities for growth and advancement.

They are seeking a customer-focused Call Center Agent to join their team. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for customers, helping to ensure an exceptional service experience through follow-up outreach, appointment scheduling, and handling inbound inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Conduct follow-up calls with recent service customers to gather feedback and measure satisfaction
• Follow established call scripts and identify situations requiring escalation to management
• Answer inbound calls and assist customers with scheduling service appointments
• Collect and verify customer and vehicle information
• Provide maintenance and repair estimates, including expected timelines
• Accurately document customer interactions and service requests
• Resolve customer concerns professionally while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with service teams to ensure seamless customer communication

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service, call center, or related experience
• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus

Compensation & Schedule

Compensation

• $20/hour base pay
• Monthly incentive bonus program
• Average monthly bonuses range from $400-$650
• Typical total earnings average $22-$23/hour

Training Schedule

• Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM for approximately three weeks

Regular Schedule

• Week 1: Monday-Friday, 9:30 AM-6:00 PM
• Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 9:30 AM-6:00 PM; Saturday 7:30 AM-4:00 PM (Thursday off)
