Job Title: Call Center Representative – Banking/Financial Services
Location: Columbus, OH (Onsite)
Pay Rate: $19.17/hr (W2)
Duration: 6-Month Contract (Possible Extension)

Schedule: Training will be conducted on a weekday schedule. After training, candidates must be flexible to work assigned shifts, which may include Saturday, Sunday, evenings, and holidays based on business needs.

Position Overview:
We are seeking Client Support Service Professionals to join a leading financial institution in Columbus, OH. This is a customer-facing role handling incoming service inquiries regarding client accounts, online platforms, and financial products. Ideal candidates are professional, driven, and committed to delivering World-Class Service in a high-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle high-volume inbound calls with professionalism, accuracy, and efficiency.
  • Provide support for Cash Management products, online banking platforms, mobile apps, and general account inquiries.
  • Maintain consistent performance by meeting key departmental service metrics.
  • Deliver timely and accurate information while navigating multiple systems and adhering to regulatory/compliance standards.
  • Exhibit adaptability and multitasking skills in a fast-changing environment.

Qualifications:
Must meet at least one of the following requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree (any discipline)
  • Prior experience in a financial services or banking call center
