Introduction

Responsibilities

• Escalate complex inquiries to the appropriate team when additional assistance is needed.
• Maintain courteous and professional conversations, including in challenging situations.
• Document relevant call information accurately according to established procedures.
• Follow service guidelines and contribute to customer satisfaction goals.
• Participate in team meetings and training to strengthen product knowledge and service quality.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
