We are seeking a dedicated and personable Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and support through various communication channels including phone, email, and live chat. You will have the opportunity to assist customers with inquiries, troubleshoot issues, process orders, and provide information about our products and services.
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming customer calls promptly and professionally.
Address customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services.
Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
Process orders, forms, applications, and requests carefully and accurately.
Document customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in the CRM system.
Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are fully resolved and satisfaction is achieved.

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
Proven experience in a call center or customer service role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
