About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Call Center Representative to communicate with customers over the phone, provide accurate information, and help deliver an excellent service experience. The ideal candidate is an attentive listener, communicates confidently, and enjoys helping people find solutions.

Previous call center experience is an advantage but not required. Training and ongoing guidance will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls.
