Customer Care Representative

Location: Daleville, IN

Schedule: Full-Time, Onsite (Saturday rotation required)

Job Summary

We are seeking a Customer Care Representative to serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support for a variety of banking-related inquiries. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
• Assist customers with account inquiries, transactions, transfers, and general banking questions.
• Support online and mobile banking users, including password resets and troubleshooting.
• Research and resolve customer concerns while ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records.
• Navigate multiple systems simultaneously to access and update account information.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services when applicable.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and security standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable handling a high volume of inbound calls.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and data entry.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to pass credit, education, and employment verification requirements.
• Banking or financial services experience preferred.
• Experience working in a metrics-driven or call center environment preferred.

Schedule Information

• Full-time onsite position.
• Must be available to work rotating Saturdays (9:00 AM - 1:00 PM).
• Alternate time off during the week is provided for Saturday coverage.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Daleville, IN.

The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $17.50/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Daleville,IN.
