- Clear, helpful patient instructions
- Smart call handling & follow-ups
- Keeping records sharp and up-to-date
What You’ll Need:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Bilingual in Spanish? That’s a big plus!
- Customer Service Experience
- A confident, friendly phone voice
- Quick thinking & multitasking skills
