Call Center Representative

Duration: 6-12m contract
Location: Remote, Monday Friday, regular business hours (8am 4:30pm)
BR: *needs rate guidance but previous roles they ve hired for listed the salary range as $16.24 - $24.11/hr*
Start: Ideally by 11/2
Must Haves:

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact positively and professionally with patients.
• Strong typing/computer skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills.

Pluses:

• Previous healthcare experience

Day-to-Day: Our client recently acquired a cardiology group and is looking for Call Center Representatives to assist with an increased volume in patient scheduling as they work to get the group integrated into their platform. The first phase of the project will be outbound calls to patients that have submitted a form for future appointments they want to book, confirming the patient s name, location they want to be seen at, the doctor requested, etc. and tracking requested appointments via a template they ve created. Once the platform is live (anticipated end of December into early January) you will then populate the patient s requested appointment, confirm it with the patient, and schedule using the live system. This will be a very high volume of calls as our client has 23 doctors across 7 campuses.
