Call Center Service Agent (Not Remote)

NorthStar Memorial Group is seeking an On-site Call Center Service Agent at Restland Funeral Home in Dallas, TX. Here, we believe in empowerment. This role is 100% in-office and requires the ability to work weekends and overtime as business needs arise. Consistent on-site presence is essential to supporting families and maintaining the high standard of service Restland is known for.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and route them to the correct department
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues
• Provide pricing to client families and schedule appointments
• Management of the service/appointment calendar
• Walking families through the next steps after a passing has occurred

Compensation of $20/hr.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a customer service environment
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer knowledge (Windows, MS Word, MS Excel, internet)
