CALL CENTER TECH SPECIALIST

Jasco is looking for Consumer Care Specialists that want to go above and beyond for our customers!

The shift is 9:00 am-6:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

• Consumer Care Specialists serve our customers with excellence by striving always to exceed expectations while providing technical support for our products.
• In this role, you will handle customer phone calls and help troubleshoot problems, answer general questions, and resolve all other consumer issues.
• As a specialist, you will receive training on all Jasco's products; including things such as universal remotes, antennas, timers, and home automation devices.
• Consumer Care Specialists also act as a platform for customers to give feedback about our products and help make improvements to products, packaging, and manuals.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• A minimum of 1 year of previous customer service/call center experience is required.
• Fluent in Spanish is a plus
• Working knowledge of consumer electronics.
• Ability to use Microsoft Excel.
• Must be able to lift and carry products, chairs, returns, and office supplies as needed.
