Are you a CNA, former assisted living caregiver, home health aide, patient care technician, or experienced caregiver looking for a more personal way to care for seniors?

Always Best Care Senior Services Charleston is hiring experienced caregivers to provide one-on-one care and companionship to seniors throughout the Charleston & Lowcountry area.

With one-on-one care, you can focus your attention where it matters most: on the person you're caring for.

Instead of juggling the needs of multiple residents at once, you'll have the opportunity to:

• Build a genuine relationship with your client• Provide personalized care based on their individual needs and routines• Use your experience to help a senior remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home• Provide meaningful companionship and support• Work closely with families and the care team

What We Offer:

• $16-$18/hour, paid weekly
• Flexible scheduling

Your Responsibilities:

• Assist with medication reminders and personal care
• Support mobility and prescribed exercises 
• Prepare meals and help with dietary needs
• Perform light housekeeping and errands
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Observe and report changes in condition 

What We're Looking For in a Caregiver: 

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation
• Compassionate, respectful, and dependable attitude 
• Strong communication and time-management skills
• Ability to successfully complete a background check and drug screening 
• Physical ability to assist clients safely
• Experience working with seniors, individuals with dementia, or clients needing personal care support is a plus
