We are seeking a Campaign Workflow Lead to help scale campaign execution through intelligent workflow design. This role will serve as the primary power user of workflow and agent platforms used by Campaign Operations. This role will translate campaign execution processes into scalable AI workflows that reduce manual work, improve reliability, and accelerate campaign delivery.

• Reduce manual operational work across campaign production processes
• Improve visibility and orchestration of campaign requests and production workflows
• Enable an automation-first Campaign Operations model, owning a key result in our annual team objectives

What You ll Do

Workflow Automation

• Design and deploy automation workflows that support campaign production processes
• Build integrations using APIs, webhooks, and event-driven triggers across campaign systems
• Automate operational processes such as campaign intake, routing, status tracking, and execution triggers
• Partner with Technology teams who manage platform infrastructure

AI & Agents

• Deploy AI-powered agents to augment campaign operations workflows
• Identify opportunities where agents can automate tasks such as QA validation, monitoring, or operational checks
• Integrate agents into existing workflows to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual work

Campaign Workflow Architecture

• Serve as the primary workflow designer and power user for Campaign Operations workflows in Asana
• Design scalable workflows for campaign intake, task orchestration, and production management
• Implement workflow automation and routing to improve operational efficiency

Process Optimization

• Identify high-volume or repetitive campaign operations tasks that can be automated
• Improve campaign speed-to-market through workflow improvements
• Continuously optimize the campaign production model through automation

What We Look For

• 4 7+ years experience in Campaign Operations, Marketing Systems, RevOps Systems, or Workflow Automation
• Experience building automation using tools such as Tines, Workato, Tray, Zapier, Make, or similar platforms
• Experience designing workflows within Asana, Jira, or similar workflow systems
• Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and system integrations
• Familiarity with campaign production workflows and marketing automation platforms (Marketo experience a plus)
