The Building People, LLC, has a position open for a Campus Planner (Master Planner) with an active Secret Clearance.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain master planning documents.
Conduct stakeholder engagement activities.
Analyze current and future space needs.
Support workplace planning initiatives.
Coordinate planning reviews and approvals.
Develop project schedules and planning frameworks.
Support strategic planning efforts.
Required Qualifications:
Active Secret Clearance.
Bachelor's Degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 7 years of planning experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
AICP Certification.
Federal campus planning experience.
