The Building People, LLC, has a position open for a Campus Planner (Master Planner) with an active Secret Clearance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain project plans, work breakdown structures, and schedules.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement to gather requirements and priorities.
• Analyze current and future space, technology, and operational needs.
• Coordinate internal and external reviews of master plans and project documents.
• Support strategic planning and process improvement initiatives.
Experience/Skills:
• Active Secret Clearance
• Minimum 7 years of experience in facility and project planning.
• Expertise in space allocation, portfolio optimization, and workplace planning.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Knowledge of federal planning standards and regulations.
• Ability to develop timelines, milestones, and project frameworks.
Education Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, Engineering, or related field required.
• Advanced degree or certification in planning (e.g., American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP)) preferred.
