    The Building People, LLC, has a position open for a Campus Planner (Master Planner) with an active Secret Clearance.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and maintain master planning documents.
    • Conduct stakeholder engagement activities.
    • Analyze current and future space needs.
    • Support workplace planning initiatives.
    • Coordinate planning reviews and approvals.
    • Develop project schedules and planning frameworks.
    • Support strategic planning efforts.
     

     

    Required Qualifications:

    • Active Secret Clearance.
    • Bachelor's Degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
    • Minimum 7 years of planning experience.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • AICP Certification.
    • Federal campus planning experience.
