Location: Houston, TX (Remote)
Duration: 12 Months Contract
Pay Range: $35.00 to $46.00 per hour on W2

Job Description:

Client is seeking a Campus Recruiter to support high-volume early-career hiring in the Houston, Texas area.
This on-site role will manage full-cycle recruiting for internships, co-ops, new college graduates, and other early-career opportunities while developing strong partnerships with universities, colleges, and internal hiring teams.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute high-volume campus recruiting strategies, with a focus on universities, colleges, and technical schools in the Houston area and across Texas.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple requisitions, including sourcing, screening, interviews, candidate communication, hiring manager feedback, offers, and hiring outcomes.
Build and maintain relationships with career centers, faculty, student organizations, and other university partners while representing Client at career fairs, networking events, information sessions, and recruiting activities.
Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring demand, prioritize recruiting needs, and build pipelines for internships, co-ops, new graduate, and early-career positions.
Track recruiting activity and metrics, maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and manage multiple hiring priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Support internship and university partnership initiatives while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.

Must have:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably supporting campus, university, early-career, or high-volume recruiting.
Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of candidates and requisitions while maintaining organization, responsiveness, and a strong candidate experience.
Experience planning and attending career fairs, recruiting events, and campus outreach programs.
Strong interviewing, relationship-building, candidate engagement, written, and verbal communication skills.
Experience with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Client Office applications, with the ability to travel up to 35% for university recruiting activities.
Experience recruiting for STEM, engineering or technology roles is preferred.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of Texas higher education institutions and university recruiting networks is preferred.
