Canadian Registered Nurses – Med-Surg or ER

We are actively recruiting Canadian Registered Nurses (RNs) for permanent, direct-hire positions at a Kansas hospital in Lawrence, KS, USA. Job Description

We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to join Med-Surg or Emergency Department units within a Kansas hospital located in Lawrence. Nurses will provide direct patient care in an acute care setting, including patient assessment, care planning and implementation, medication administration, monitoring patient outcomes, and coordination with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams. This role requires strong clinical judgment, adaptability in fast-paced environments, and the ability to deliver safe, high-quality nursing care in accordance with U.S. hospital standards.

Compensation & Benefits

• $38 – $50 USD per hour (rate set by client after interview)

Minimum Requirements

• Canadian citizen
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Canada
• NCLEX-RN completed
• Minimum 2 years of recent clinical experience in Med-Surg or Emergency Department
• Willingness to obtain U.S. state RN licensure (Kansas)
• Strong clinical competence in acute care hospital settings
• Open to relocation for a long-term hospital position in the United States
