What You'll Do as a Candy Lineworker:- Manufacture, assemble, inspect, and package candy products according to customer specifications
- Maintain continuous production while meeting established quality standards
- Identify production issues and notify the Line Lead or appropriate personnel for assistance
- Follow food safety requirements, quality standards, and established production procedures
- Maintain a safe and clean work area and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Report food safety, quality, equipment, or workplace hazards to the appropriate personnel
- Work cooperatively with team members to meet daily production goals
What You Need to Bring to the Candy Lineworker Role:- Ability to stand and/or walk for 8 hours or more
- Ability to work at a rapid production pace
- Ability to bend and lift up to 25 pounds
- Good hand-eye coordination and vision for inspecting products
- Ability to count, read, and follow basic work instructions
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team with minimal supervision
- Ability to follow safety, food safety, and quality procedures
