Entry Level Sales Opportunity – No Experience Required

This position focuses on generating leads and scheduling FREE Exterior inspections and estimates for homeowners. If you enjoy working outdoors, meeting new people, and have a strong work ethic, this is a great opportunity to grow with a company that values performance and hardwork.

We provide training, ride-a longs, and in depth mentorship to help you learn our proven process and succeed in the field.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads by canvassing neighborhoods and offering free exterior inspections and estimates
• Perform local field marketing initiatives and community outreach
• Participate in ride-alongs and field shadowing for ongoing training
• Lead by example with performance and behavior aligned with company standards

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable speaking with homeowners door-to-door
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Ability to work outdoors and walk neighborhoods
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus (not required)
