CAPEX Construction Technician
Pay:$17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Saar Management LLC is seeking a dependable CAPEX Construction Technician to join our team. This position focuses on apartment renovations, make-readies, unit turns, and capital improvement (CAPEX) projects throughout our multifamily communities.
Responsibilities
- Complete apartment turns and make-ready projects.
- Perform demolition, drywall, painting, flooring, and finish carpentry.
- Install cabinets, countertops, doors, trim, vanities, toilets, sinks, and fixtures.
- Perform basic plumbing and electrical repairs.
- Complete interior and exterior renovations and general construction projects.
- Operate hand and power tools safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Travel between properties as needed.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of construction, remodeling, apartment renovation, or general labor experience preferred.
- Experience with drywall, painting, flooring, carpentry, and general construction.
- Basic plumbing and electrical knowledge is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs., climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
