ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS include the following. Other duties may be assigned

Leadership by Values

  • Establish and maintain a high level of citizen confidence.

Operational Excellence

  • Operates office equipment including computer, scan, and copy machine.
  • Scans and files project and grant files.
  • Maintains and files flat files.
  • Reviews files for scanning, creating subfolders in shared drive.
  • Prop for meetings/special events.
  • General office organizational work.
  • Special projects as needed (May include filed work).

Education/Experience

High School or GED Equivalent , Some college preferred.
