    Credential Requirements for Captain are:

    • Merchant Mariner License Captain 100GT, 200GT, 1600GT (Oceans or Near Coastal)

    • Towing Endorsement (Oceans or Near Coastal)

    • STCW 95 (Oceans or Near Coastal)

    • Radar Observer Unlimited

    • FCC Marine Oper Permit

    • TWIC

    When submitting an application you must include copies your Merchant Mariner Credential and TWIC card.
