Beef O Bradys is seeking an Captain for our award-winning Family Sports Pub in Tuscaloosa. If youre looking for a family-oriented, casual environment with great food and great sports, were your forever job!

To succeed, Responsibilities:

• The Captain is the primary person responsible for the assigned section of 10-12 tables.
• Core duties include greeting guests, taking food and drink orders, entering orders accurately into the POS, coordinating with Servers and the Kitchen.
• Monitoring guest needs and satisfaction.
• Ensuring service problems are addressed promptly.

Captain Requirements

• Eligible to work in the United States
• Minimum 1 year experience in a full-service, casual restaurant culinary management position
• Minimum 21 years or older
• Available to work nights, weekends, and holiday shifts
• Continuous standing, bending, and lifting up to 60 pounds
