Summary:
The Card Origination Manager Sr is responsible for ensuring a stable, efficient, and compliant operational environment for Card origination platform(s) held with a Third Pary Vendor. This role ensures credit policy and regulatory requirements are accurately translated and implemented within origination systems, while adhering to established operational and change-management procedures.

New customer acquisition and on-boarding experience
Masters degree in business, management, operations, engineering, or a related field
Experience working Card products (Debit, Credit, other card-based payment products)
Strong attention to detail, focus on process
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to critically analyze situations and risks, determine paths of action, and make recommendations to remediate issues
Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements for financial institutions and products
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with SQL and/or SAS

Compensation Range:
$70,000-140,000 Annual Salary
The compensation range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and education. Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan.
