Experience:

• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• Experience with Epic is required.

• AS completion preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:

Preferred Skills/Experience:
Experience in Cath Lab or Special Procedures preferred.

Required Credentials:
If you have RCIS, state license is not required.

Preferred Credentials:
Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience preferred.
Bachelor's degree in radiologic technology or equivalent (some certifications will require bachelor's) preferred.
American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification preferred.

Unit Details:
This role is similar to an IR Tech.
Provides before-, during-, and after-care for invasive, interventional, and therapeutic cardiac and vascular procedures/studies involving arterial, venous, structural heart, and cardiac rhythm disorders, including device and lead implantation/removal and therapeutic catheter ablations.
Performs cardiac and vascular radiographic examinations and active radiographic interventional procedures in the cardiovascular lab.
Uses contrast imaging, fluoroscopy, cinefluorography, and multichannel data analysis systems during cardiovascular procedures, including monitoring of blood pressure, cardiac output, and respiration.
Assists with interventional procedures, including instilling enzymes or inserting balloons to remove plaque or other vascular blockages.

Shift & Scheduling:
Shift options are 7am-5:30pm, 8-6:30pm, or 9-7:30pm.
Call is required after hours, every other weekend, and 2 weeknights per week.

Floating Requirements:
You may be required to float to Adventist Health locations within 30 miles.

14 days maximum time off

1 Charge/Lead/Supervisor reference required from within the last 2 years

1 Manager reference required from within the last 2 years

Driver's license required
