Role Overview

As a Cardiac Sonographer, you will perform diagnostic ultrasonic procedures under the direction of a Cardiologist, aiding in the evaluation of cardiac conditions as prescribed by physicians. Your expertise with specialized equipment will directly contribute to accurate diagnoses and patient care, making a significant impact on the health outcomes of those we serve.

What You Will Do

• Perform diagnostic ultrasonic procedures for cardiac evaluations as prescribed by physicians.
• Operate highly specialized equipment to ensure accurate and detailed imaging.
• Collaborate with Cardiologists and healthcare teams to support patient care.
• Interact with patients and families, providing compassionate care in a patient-centered environment.
• Travel to satellite locations as needed to provide services across the network.

What You Will Need

Required Qualifications

• Completed requirements as a Cardiac Sonographer from an accredited program.
• Eligibility to sit for Registered Cardiac Sonographer designation from a national accreditation board.
• Registered Cardiac Sonographer within one year of hire.

Preferred Qualifications

• Registered Cardiac Sonographer in an established hospital non-invasive cardiac testing unit.
