Responsibilities

  • Operate interventional cardiology equipment and assist during procedures.

  • Ensure patient safety, monitor vitals, and document procedure details accurately.

  • Prepare and maintain sterile field, inventory, and equipment readiness.

  • Adhere to hospital protocols, regulatory standards, and quality metrics.

  • Collaborate with physicians and team to meet procedural targets and timelines.

  • Document procedural data and assist with post-procedure reporting.

  • Demonstrate continuous learning by staying updated on new interventional techniques.

  • Support pipeline management by tracking case status and capacity planning.

  • Provide patient education and post-procedure care instructions as needed.

  • Maintain on-site safety audits and participate in incident reviews.

  • Assist in training junior staff and sharing best practices.

  • Support performance-based recognition by documenting outcomes and achievements.


Experience/Qualifications

  • Proven experience operating interventional cardiology equipment and assisting procedures.

  • Bachelors or equivalent in Radiology/Cardiology Technology or related field.

  • Certified Interventional Cardiology Technologist or equivalent credential preferred.

  • Vigilant patient monitoring and documentation of vitals and procedure details.

  • Adhere to hospital protocols, regulatory standards, and quality metrics.

  • Maintain sterile field, instrument readiness, and inventory management.

  • Strong collaboration with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to meet targets.

  • Accurate procedural data entry and assist with post-procedure reporting.

  • Participate in continuous learning and stay updated on interventional techniques.

  • Support pipeline management: track case status and capacity planning.

  • Provide patient education and post-procedure care instructions as needed.

  • Contribute to on-site safety audits and incident reviews.

  • Assist in training junior staff and share best practices.
