Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday (Full-Time).
Qualifications:
Education - Master’s degree in Nursing (NP program).
License - Active New York State Nurse Practitioner license.
Certification - Board Certified.
Experience - Minimum 1 year in cardiology required.
Technical Skills - EKG, echo, stress test interpretation, medication management.
Conduct cardiovascular assessments, histories, and physical exams.
Diagnose and manage conditions such as hypertension, heart failure, and arrhythmias.
Order and interpret diagnostic tests (EKG, echo, stress tests, Holter monitors).
Develop and manage treatment plans, including medications and lifestyle changes.
Educate patients on heart health, prevention, and treatment adherence.
Collaborate with cardiologists and multidisciplinary teams.
Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly.
Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation.
