Description Specialization: Cardiothoracic Surgery Job Summary: HCA Houston Healthcare is seeking an experienced, full-time Cardiothoracic Surgeon to lead and grow cardiothoracic surgery services at HCA Houston Healthcare North Cypress. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary face and clinical leader of cardiothoracic surgery services in the local community. Perform a full spectrum of both cardiac and thoracic surgical procedures. Utilize advanced surgical technology, including robotic-assisted thoracic surgery. Manage high-acuity and complex cardiothoracic cases independently. Collaborate closely with cardiology, emergency medicine, and critical care teams. Candidate Qualifications Board Certification / Eligibility: Board-certified cardiothoracic surgeon or board-eligible cardiothoracic surgery fellow. Licensure: Active, unrestricted Texas medical license in good standing (or eligible to obtain). Experience: Proven track record handling complex cardiac and thoracic cases independently. Preferred Skills: Strong background and practical experience in robotic thoracic procedures.
